Your journey begins by connecting with our team of dedicated professionals. You can either visit our sales center to meet with a New Home Sales Professional or call our Customer Outreach Center to get started.
If you can’t visit the community in person, you can schedule a one-on-one, personalized video tour of the models, inventory homes, and amenities with a New Home Sales Professional.
Our team is ready to answer all your questions and provide the information you need to embark on this exciting adventure.
2. Select Your Home
Once you’ve toured our beautifully designed model homes, it’s time to select the perfect home for you. Choose your ideal floor plan, elevation, homesite, and structural preferences.
Ask yourself:
- How much space does my family need?
- How many bedrooms and bathrooms do I want?
- Do I prefer a great room plan or formal living and dining rooms?
- Do I want a shower, a soaking tub or both in my primary bathroom?
- Do I need a flex room/den?

Approximately 60 days after the date of contract you’ll meet your builder to answer any of your questions and ensure everything is in order.
Further along in the construction process, your builder will take you on a “How We Build” tour of your home, where they will review your design selections and structural and mechanical systems, giving you insight into the quality and craftsmanship going into your home.
These steps ensure you get to know the features of your home, and that you’re well-informed and involved throughout the construction process.
6. Welcome Home
The moment you’ve been waiting for—closing day!
On this day, we’ll conduct a walk-through of your new home to ensure you are satisfied with every detail. Then we proudly hand over the keys to your brand-new Minto home!
It’s a time of celebration and new beginnings as you step into the next chapter of your life. Take this time to unpack, settle in, and meet your new neighbors.
Now that once you have moved in it’s important to update your driver’s license and other important documents.
7. One-Month Follow-Up
Once you’re settled in, we want to make sure your home meets your expectations. Our MasterCare team will schedule a visit one month after you move in to address any questions or concerns you may have and ensure your new home is everything you dreamed it would be.
We also provide homeowner maintenance tips and a comprehensive guide on the warranties and maintenance of your new home.
