If you live in Florida, or anywhere near a beach, or large body of water, this workout is perfect for you. Rent a paddle board and do these workout poses. You’ll be amazed at how well these exercises work your abs. Plus, it’s a great excuse to get yourself to the beach for the last few weeks of summer!
Rock climbing
This is the perfect exercise to try with a friend (or friends)! Look for a gym that offers rock climbing near you and try it out. You’ll use muscles in every part of your body. This is a great workout for those hard to reach muscles in your arms, back and legs. Plus, it’s a great way to spend some time with friends!
Boxing
If you look at any celebrity’s Instagram, they probably have an action shot of them boxing. Boxing is the new workout craze and for good reason! It’s a great way to get in your daily cardio and tone up your arms. Boxing is usually more efficient when you take a class with an instructor, so look up boxing gyms in your area (p.s. most gyms offer a free first class, so it’s definitely worth giving it a try)!
