Make a To-Do List
Making a list can help you feel less stressed about the next day to come. Write down a schedule or list of things you have to do the following day so that you won’t forget. During a busy week little chores can slip our minds, so it is a great idea to write them all down. You’ll wake up the next day feeling refreshed  and ready to go.
