10 Tips to Make Your Everyday Life More Productive

Being productive in your everyday life can be difficult. With so many distractions it can be tough to get into a good routine. Here are some quick tips to make your life more productive!

1. Workout for 30 minutes each day

Starting the day off with a workout can be great for your mind and body. It can help to walkingalleviate stress and give yourself a fresh start to the day. Your workout does not have to be rigorous. You can simply go for a short walk to clear your head. Leave your cell phone at home and give yourself a little me-time!

2. Keep a journal or diary

Writing down your thoughts can also help with productivity. Sometimes we have so much going on in our minds that we don’t take a few minutes to think about how we feel. By writing in a journal, you will be able to tell whether you are stressed, happy, or sad. Figure out what time of day you are most stressed, and use that as your “break time”.

3. Allow Only Certain Times for Emails

Do you ever feel like your phone won’t leave you alone? With texts and emails constantly coming to your phone, you barely have any time in the day for yourself. Try turning off your email notifications and allotting certain times in the day to check your email. This will relieve the stress of feeling like you must respond to emails right away.

4. No-Phone Time
